All products are professionally packaged to meet international shipping and export standards. Copper materials, gold products, aluminum products, and other mineral resources are securely prepared for transportation using suitable industrial packaging methods to ensure product safety during transit.

Before dispatch, every shipment undergoes quality checks, inspection, and documentation verification. We provide all necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export permits, and quality or assay reports where applicable. Third-party inspections can also be arranged upon buyer request.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, shipping routes, and logistics conditions. Once shipments are dispatched, buyers receive shipping details, tracking information, and regular updates throughout the delivery process.

For CIF shipments, insurance coverage is included according to the agreed contract terms. Buyers using FOB or EXW arrangements may request additional cargo insurance independently if required.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring customs clearance, import compliance, and cargo reception at the destination port or delivery location. Any additional charges related to customs delays, storage fees, or incomplete documentation from the buyer’s side remain the responsibility of the buyer.
